Returns & Refunds Policy
First of all, thank you so much for supporting my small business. I put a lot of care into every order, and I want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
However, I understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. If you’ve changed your mind, here is how we can get it sorted:
How to Start a Return
If you’d like to return an item, please drop me an email which is listed on your invoice, this will have been enclosed with your item when received, please do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Don’t worry if you have misplaced your invoice, just drop me a message via the contact form.
In your message just include your order number and the reason for the return. I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible with the return address and any specific instructions you might need.
The Small Print
Return Shipping: As a small start-up, I’m unable to cover the cost of return postage at this time. I recommend using a tracked service, as I can’t be responsible for items that get lost on their way back to me.
Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition and packaging.
The Timeline: Once I receive your return, I’ll give it a quick inspection. If everything looks good, I will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Faulty or Damaged Items
I take great care in packaging your orders, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please let me know right away! In these cases, I will, of course, cover the return costs and get a replacement or refund sorted for you immediately.
A Little Compliance Note
Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify me that you wish to cancel and return your order. Once you’ve notified me, you have another 14 days to post the item back.
